If you are registering and paying for yourself, please put your name in the student "name" fields as well!
Please provide a current mailing address.
Please list a valid email that you check often. You will receive an invoice to pay online before your registration is complete. We will also be sending communication about class changes via email unless you opt for text notifications.
This is the number we will send class notifications to if you opt in.
If you or your child is registering for more than one class, please count each class as a separate registration (student), e.g. Mom is taking piano lessons daughter Jill is taking Kindermusik and Dance Jack is taking violin. That would be a total of 4 registrations.
