Snyder Memorial Baptist Church is committed to nurturing children in a safe Christian atmosphere and
laying the foundation for their Spiritual Growth and love for Christ.
Preschoolers are very important to Snyder. We are dedicated to sharing God’s love with each child, beginning at birth. Just like Jesus says, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” ~Matthew 19:14.
There are many ministry activities for preschoolers to participate in as they continue to grow spiritually and physically.We value the preschoolers as well as their parents and teachers. What an honor to be a part of your child’s life!

Ministry!
Bible Study
On Sundays, from 9:45 - 10:45am, babies through kindergarteners are taught by loving teachers that God loves them and so do their parents and teachers.
Worship Care
Care is provided for preschoolers, ages kindergarten and younger, during A New Way at 8:40am and the 11am Worship Service. Child Care opens at 8:15am. The 3’s - K are in Preschool Chapel during this time.
Preschool Music
Preschool music using various music experiences for 3’s - K meets on Wednesday nights 6 - 6:45pm.
Mission Friends
3’s-K’s discover and learn the importance of missions throughout the world. They learn about different cultures, regions and missionaries who commit their lives to teach others about Jesus. Mission Friends for 3’s-K meet on Wednesdays, 6:45 - 7:15pm.
Parent/Child Dedication
Parents bring their children before the church family for a time of dedication to the Lord. This time of commitment serves as a reminder to the parents and the congregation of the responsibility God has given to provide Christian nurturing for these children. Parents should contact the Children’s Minister to determine an appropriate dedication date and worship service.
A New Baby/Child in the Snyder Family
A Carnation is placed at the altar in the worship services to recognize a new life in the church family.
MOPS
Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is about celebrating motherhood…meeting needs...making connections...experiencing God’s love through relationships and resources. Registration is required. Contact Karen McAmis - jkmcamis@msn.com. Click here to download the registration form.
Church Library Ministry
Snyder’s extensive library has a myriad of books and DVD’s for preschoolers and parents to use. Check the door for hours of operation.
Snyder Child Care Center

Children’s Resurrection Celebration
Saturday, March 30, 10-11:30am. Preschoolers, Children and parents celebrate Easter together through arts, games and music!
Children’s Sunday& Family Luncheon
Sunday, April 21
1st - 6th grade children lead in various worship responsibilities in both A New Way and the 11am worship services. Preschool choirs sing in the 11am service. After worship, families are invited to a luncheon in the Fellowship Hall. Preschool Choirs and Missions Friends will be recognized for their years’ achievements and participation.
