Snyder has a diversified staff. On the program staff (some
times called the ministerial staff) we have eight ministers.
Of these, two are ordained women. We have two with
music degrees, one former missionary, one former
army chaplain, one counselor with social work background,
one with a degree in religious education, and seven with
theology degrees. They are a diversified group but united
in purpose and spirit. They take a team approach to both
planning and executing the church program.
The support staff includes five ministry assistants, a building
staff of five and a kitchen staff of four. The Child Care Center,
After School Program and Music Academy employ about 50 full
and part time employees. |
