UPCOMING EVENTS

Laity Sunday
Sunday, February 5. Brian Adams will be speaking in both worship services. All interested men are invited to sing in the Men’s Choir during the 11am service. Please meet at 9:15am (before Sunday School) in the choir loft in the Sanctuary. You will be finished rehearsing in time for Sunday School.

Souper Bowl of Caring
Sunday, February 5. RAs will be collecting the offering at the end of the services Sunday using football helmets. Money received will be given to Salvation Army Love lunches.

Blood Pressure Checks
Wednedays from 5 - 6pm in Room B1036 (first aid room).

Children’s New Christian Class
A new Christians Class will be held for children
during Sunday School through the four Sundays of February. If you have questions, please contact Cathy Hopkins.

Bread'n Bowls Ministry Supporting FAOIAM
Friday, February 24. Hay Street United Methodist Church at 320 Hay Street (Corner Hay Street & Ray Avenue). This year we will be serving chicken brunswick stew, brownie, and coffee or tea. Lunch between 11:30am - 2:30pm or dinner from 4:30 - 7:30pm. Meals served in handmade pottery bowl, cost is $20. Meal served in a freshly baked bread bowl, cost is $10. Tickets may be purchased from the church office or by calling Anne Hodges at 488-3912. Please make checks payable to FAOIAM.

CPR/AED Class
Monday, February 27 from 6:30 - 8:30pm in room 1061. Instructor: John D. Pone, Jr. Certified Instructor. Cost: $20.00. Must have at least 5 participants to have class. Sign-up at information desk in the Gathering Hall.
